Is This You?
- 18+ and no longer in high school, no diploma required
- Unemployed or underemployed and looking for a new career path
- Living in a South Baltimore neighborhood
- Interested in working outdoors and helping the environment and your community
- Ready to commit to a training program that leads to real jobs
We Can Help!
- Earn $15/hour while training, with full-time employment
- Learn soft skills employers want, like teamwork, reliability, and communication
- Build green skills in urban forestry, watershed restoration, and community greening
- Become part of a crew improving parks, streetscapes, and public spaces
- Work with local employers to land your next opportunity
Must Be Able To:
- Frequently move 50+ pounds
- Work in various outdoor weather conditions
- Occasionally ascend/descend stairs or ladders
- Frequently traverse uneven ground
- Use a variety of landscaping/construction equipment
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Work well as part of a team
