What’s After School?

Discover new possibilities in Grow Home’s OST program!

Grow Home’s Out-of-School Time (OST) program gives high school students across Baltimore a safe, supportive space to explore new trades, develop workforce-ready skills, and connect with mentors and community partners. Hands-on-learning opens doors to sustainable careers!

  • Workforce Development: Weekly sessions on professional behavior, workplace expectations, and career readiness
  • Financial Literacy: Guidance on managing money, plus stipends issued every three weeks
  • Community Connection: Mentorship from skilled professionals and caring adults

Programming runs Monday through Wednesday, with Workforce Development sessions every Thursday.
